With over 12 years of experience, Samuel Tamayo has worked in food manufacturing, with an emphasis in specialty baking, including research and development, quality control, and operations management. His success in the field reflects his commitment to innovation at all levels, and a commitment to quality. Sam holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, is certified in Baking and Pastry Arts from the Culinary Institute of America and is an American Institute of Baking Certified Baker.
