To maximize your sponsorship exposure in our press releases and to ensure that you get the full benefit of sponsorship participation, it is important for your organization to act promptly. Also note that exhibitor space will be limited. Please respond by January 31, 2012 to ensure full participation in sponsorship and exhibits.

Lunch Sponsor :: $10,000

This is our highest level of support and provides your enterprise with full access to all events and branded visibility across all formats including website, printed materials, program and press releases.

Our networking lunch is the centerpiece of our day and you'll be acknowledged throughout the day for your support. Our lunch, catered by Sally Tomatoes, features a variety of local and organic foods and gets rave reviews.

Sustaining Sponsors provide the core year to year sponsorship and support necessary to present a quality program and keep the event accessible to a diverse audience. These organizations are have very high visibility in our marketing materials.

This sponsorship offers a way to show your support for students and educators. The Leadership Sponsorship underwrights conference attendance designed especially for academics and encourages student participation in sustainability. Leadership Sponsors recieve full sponsorship benefits and contribute conference passes to underfunded students and educators.

Wine Reception Sponsor

We close the conference day with a networking wine reception offing local wine and cheese. Present your North Bay sourced wine, cheese or other sampling foods for the post conference Wine Reception. This is a chance to bring your company "to the party" and showcase your brand to a thirsty audience.

Suggested donation for wineries is 12-24 bottles to be included in the reception.
