Kimberly Kaselionis
President/CEO, Circle Bank
Kimberly Kaselionis has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Circle Bank since July 1996, when, at the age of 35, she became one of the youngest women in the nation to be elected to a Bank CEO position.
During her tenure with the Bank, she has directed programs, added new services and branches to increase assets from $11 million to $250 million. Under her leadership, Circle Bank’s earnings increased 16.89% annually for the past five years.
Circle Bank (www.circlebank.com) operates four branches in Marin and Sonoma counties and currently employs 47 FTE.

In addition to leading Circle Bank as CEO, Kaselionis is president of the Novato Chamber of Commerce and currently serves on the board of directors of several community organizations, including the Sutter-Marin Hospital Board.
Kaselionis, a mother of three, has received numerous community awards, and in 2006 was identified by the North Bay Business Journal as one of the Women in Business – Leaders, Innovators and Visionaries. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from California State University (East Bay) and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. She resides in Novato with her husband and family.
Circle Bank has been recognized as the North Bay Biz Magazine’s “Best Of” in the categories of Best Places to Work in 2008 and 2007, the “Best Business Bank – 2008, 2006” and “Best Company To Do Business With in Marin – 2007.””. Circle Bank was honored with the “2008 Key in the Door Award” from North Bay Family Homes, for undertaking the first commitment as a bank employer to make workforce homeownership available in the area. Circle Bank was also recognized as one of the “Top 100 Women Owned Businesses” by the SF Business Time in 2008.
