Integrity WasteThe Sustainable Enterprise Conference is the place to reach the North Bay's sustainability opinion leaders and decision makers. Your products will be seen by over 400 opinion leaders and purchasing professionals. This is the North Bay's largest green business forum and great opportunity to meet face-to-face with colleagues from business, government, education, and nonprofit organizations. New Expo Area - More Networking

We have new Exhibit Hall area this year at Sonoma State University. The Expo Hall is adjacent to the Main Hall on the 3rd floor of the Sonoma State University Student Center (see Exhibit Hall information). There will be ample time for networking during the day.

Inside the Expo Hall a standard exhibit table is 6’ by 1.5’ and includes a chair and table linen. Larger exhibit spaces are available with sponsorships. Please respond as early as possible and before March 1 to ensure participation in exhibits.

Sponsorships come with exhibit space including the $500 Venture Sponsorship. Please contact sponsor@contactsec.com for details.

Exhibitors wishing to send more than (2) attendees to the conference should send an email to info@contactsec.com and include the name of your organization in the subject line to make arrarrangements (fees may apply).

*Nonprofits, government agencies, schools, and pre-revenue start up companies may all sign up using the Non Profit rate.

All exhibitors receive the following benefits:

  • Name & contact information in conference program.
  • 2 passes to all main hall conference sessions, lunch, and reception.
  • Acknowledgement and link to organization on conference web site.
  • Exhibit space in Exhibit Hall, OR Sponsor provided literature will be displayed at the Sponsor Information Table.

Exhibitor Criteria:

All exhibits are intended for showcasing the sustainability aspects of your organization. Exhibits must either demonstrate how your products or services help other organizations become more sustainable OR educate attendees about your organization's efforts to become more sustainable.

Please Note: During the payment process you will be directed to PayPal for payment processing. Sustainable North Bay is the Payee for the Sustainable Enterprise Conference and registration, sponsorships, and donations are processed through the Sustainable North Bay account.
