Open Call for Sustainability Presentations

Call for Sustainability Presentations

Santa Rosa, California, Wednesday, February 5, 2014 – The Sustainable Enterprise Conference announced today an Open Call for Presenters for the 9th annual Sustainable Enterprise Conference. The conference will be held in Rohnert Park, CA on April 30, 2014.

Individuals working in sustainability who would like to present at the 2014 Sustainable Enterprise Conference are encouraged to submit a proposal by March 1. Proposals are accepted on the conference website at http://sustainableenterpriseconference.com/call.

This year’s program theme, Growing a Sustainable Future, will feature food systems, local power generation, regional initiatives, and the latest information on how innovation and sustainability are driving financial, environmental, and social prosperity in organizations and communities.

“We believe it’s important to be inclusive, and open to input from the community,” said Oren Wool, conference Executive Director. “Organizational sustainability, both globally and here in Northern California, is an evolving subject and the open call is a great way to hear about the latest strategies and initiatives. We’re excited to hear what the North Bay’s most innovative organizations have achieved.”

The Sustainable Enterprise Conference program offers two formats for presentation - 10 minute individual presentations and 60 minute interactive workshops. Proposals that are practical, interactive and offer lessons learned from real life experience are encouraged.
