Genevieve Taylor

Genevieve Taylor is Vice President at Global Genesis, where she delivers training in leadership, communications, time management, conflict resolution, and negotiations.  She takes great delight in working with large groups as well as small groups, and facilitates using experiential education techniques along with methodologies such as Appreciative Inquiry and Systems Thinking to work with her clients in creating shared vision, strategic planning, mission development, and teambuilding.  For individuals, Genevieve offers 360 Leadership Assessments to help finely hone plans for personal leadership development. As a volunteer and social entrepreneur, she co-founded the annual Sustainable Enterprise Conference, as well as the San Francisco Urban Alliance for Sustainability. In 2009, she and several others decided to create a new venture called CircadiaOne, a consulting firm devoted to guiding enterprise change to sustainability.  She is proud to be a fellow of Leadership Santa Rosa, as well as the Leadership Institute of Ecology & The Economy.
