Deborah Grace Kraft
Co-Director, Sustainable Enterprise 2008
Deborah Grace Kraft celebrates 10-years as a California resident, having moved here from Berlin, Germany to complete her degree in “Culture, Ecology and Sustainable Community.” The vibrant community and natural beauty of Sonoma County drew her in, leading her to settle with her husband on 3 acres in Sebastopol that they are now regenerating for habitat, beauty and food production.
After graduating, she spent five years working as the Communications Coordinator at the Buckminster Fuller Institute. She has a deep-held interest in whole-systems approaches and received her Master’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies focused on Systems Thinking and Sustainability from Sonoma State University in 2006.
Deborah’s passion for conferences and events that inspire, educate and empower attendees to embrace sustainable practices has led her to involvements with numerous innovative organizations. She brings her experience working with the Bioneers, the Regenerative Design Institute (RDI), the International Society for the Systems Sciences (ISSS) and others to her role with the Sustainable Enterprise Conference.
If you see a particularly bright sparkle in her eye, she must be thinking about her toddler girl, Talise…
