Brie’s environmental experience spans the realms of sustainable business, government and law. At Straus Family Creamery, Brie works with the management team to define, implement, maintain, and communicate SFC’s sustainability strategy and initiatives. Brie also manages internal and external communications. Her experience includes designing and implementing general and specialized sustainability projects for global corporations including Whole Foods Market, Williams-Sonoma, ICF International, and organizations including the NRDC and the US EPA. Brie has BA in Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara and an MBA in Sustainable Management from the Presidio Graduate School.
