Genevieve Taylor is a founding partner for the firm CircadiaOne (www.CircadiaOne.com), where with a team of sustainability and change management experts helps guide enterprise change to sustainability. She is also Vice President at Global Genesis (www.ggenesis.com ), an organizational development consulting firm, where she is a trainer and facilitator.
As a trainer, Genevieve uses experiential education techniques to deliver training in leadership, communications, time management, conflict resolution, and negotiations. She also takes great delight in working with large groups as well as small groups, and facilitates using methodologies such as World Café, Appreciative Inquiry and Systems Thinking. She enjoys helping her clients in creating shared vision, strategic planning, mission development, teambuilding, and creating inter-organizational collaborations. For leaders, Genevieve offers 360 Leadership Assessments and coaching to help finely hone personal leadership development.
As a volunteer and social entrepreneur, she co-founded the annual Sustainable Enterprise Conference, as well as the San Francisco Urban Alliance for Sustainability.
